Charming Tattoo offers a 30-day return policy for all orders placed on our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us to arrange a return.

Terms for Returns:

1. Notification Period: You must notify Charming Tattoo within 30 days of placing your order.

2. Product Condition: Items must be in “New” condition, in their original packaging, and returned with all accessories. We reserve the right to assess fees for any damaged or missing parts, which will be deducted from your refund.

3. Shipping Costs: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must prepay all shipping charges.

5. Risk of Loss: The customer assumes all risk of loss or damage to the product during transit back to Charming Tattoo.

6. Unauthorized Returns: Returns sent without prior authorization, beyond the 30-day window, or without proper packaging may be refused or returned to the customer at their expense, with no refund issued.

7. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we inspect the returned item. We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., payment processors).
